Just breath

Our body is like a home that needs attention where ever we may be,from time to time.

Relax is part of it, which we must take into  consideration. Our brain have to come to a relax mode just to function whatever it has process during the past time frame.

I find it relaxing when I am sitting at the balcony having a cold drink, walking on the beach or in the gardens breathing the surrounding natural air.

But there are different ways to relax the mind. I believe most of the people have their own relax ways in their own life style.

And if you don’t, just stop and breath before you continue…
